Made To Order SERVICES:

This would be the time of year to consider adding to or redoing your curtains or draperies. Collosians Enterprises offers window treatments that arrive ready to hang, based on the customer's choice of style, fabric (there is a huge selection to select from), and window measurements. Customers can determine how much fabric is needed by means of charts drawn up or estimates quoted by Esper or Ver.

Customized single-window treatments run around P1,500 ($27), "definitely less than through a decorator and still less than going to a local store where they offer custom service."

Your window treatment can be made as a completely new creation designed by you or Collosians Enterprises. You may have found a design somewhere else that you would like to duplicate, possibly changing a few things if you want. There is also a very huge selection of pre-created styles and a photo collection of window treatments to inspire you.

After working through major retail/custom design outlets Collosians Enterprises became so proficient they set up a custom sewing business under the banner of Collosians Enterprises. Offering their services through their San Mateo, Rizal, Philippines location, in home service, or mail order (domestic or International). Collosians Enterprises soon began designing their own window treatment patterns and modifying, to the customer's request. A huge number of popular patterns are available.

Deciding what type of curtain or window treatment to put up in your home is not always an easy decision. Many things need to be considered before making the choice. Factors such as sun exposure, type of room, and interior decor play a big part in choosing what will be best for your windows.

In bedrooms, you may want to consider Curtains, Draperies, or window coverings that severely limit the amount of morning sun that enters the room. This is good for people who don't want to wake up at the crack of dawn, or who don't want their children to wake up at the crack of dawn. You can find rolling screens or heavy shades that keep most light out. But, since the bedroom is a reflection of the person or people who sleep there, you might want to hang a decorative curtain or sheer over the screen to put an added touch of style and color. You can also use a valance, swag, or cornice above the window.

For the kitchen, some people choose to leave these windows without a shade, and only use some kind of other curtain. Since privacy is not an issue typically in the kitchen, a light curtain is ideal for the kitchen, being used more for a decoration than anything else.

When a room faces east or west it gets most of the direct sun exposure in the home. If you live in an area that is very hot with very little breeze to cool the home, you should choose a curtain that will block out a lot of these rays so that you won't heat up the room so much. There are curtains specifically designed to deflect rather that absorb the sun's heat.

If you have privacy glass in your Comfort Room (CR) or bathroom you may not even need to get a curtain. Many CR windows are small and not visible to most people outside, anyway. However, if you do want to cover your CR windows you should choose a fabric that dries quickly or vinyl that can be easily cleaned to avoid getting mildew or mold growth.

Many homes or apartments have a sliding glass door. Although full-length curtains are impractical for most of these types of windows you can hang a valance or cornice to complement the vertical blinds. If the door is not used often, then you may want to use a curtain in a complementary color or design. Just make sure that it is easy to move out of the way if you need to use the door for any reason.

Making the best determination of what kind of curtain is right for the windows in a home is a personal choice, but one that requires taking into consideration tastes, window exposure, and interior decor. It is a fun task; so be creative and let Collosians Enterprises inspire your creativity!
